I forgot my password?

If you have forgotten your password please click the Sign In button in the top right hand corner of the WreckMaster.com home page. Click on the Lost Your Password link. Enter your username or email address. Once this info has been submitted a link to create a new password will be sent via email.

HANDS-ON TRAINING

Do I have to take the Hands-on courses in order?

There are no prerequisites to attend a WreckMaster Hands-on course, however we do recommend following the path linearly. This will make following the curriculum for each level easier as well as give you the most knowledge possible.

Does attending a Hands-on course count as my certification?

Attending a hands-on course does not make an operator WreckMaster certified, only WreckMaster trained. To earn a certification, an operator must pass a proctored exam.

What time does the class start?

Class will begin at 8:00am each day and run till 5:00pm. We will break 1 hour for lunch.

What do I receive after a Hands-on Training class?

What you will receive at the hands-on class is a class workbook, 1 pair of WreckMaster gloves, 1 WreckMaster decal.

What do I need to bring to a Training class?

Please bring a calculator, a notepad and pen. Hands-on portion will be rain or shine so please dress appropriately.

Is the hotel included with my tuition price?

No, the hotel is not included with your tuition price. We recommend a hotel in the area for students that are coming in from out of town.

How do I cancel / transfer my ticket for a hands-on class?

In order to cancel or transfer a ticket to a new student please call a WreckMaster customer service representative at 800 267 2266 and we would be happy to help you.

What is Wreckmaster cancelation policy.

WreckMaster’s hands-on cancelation policy is a student must contact WreckMaster 48 hours before the class start date in order to receive a full refund. If a student does not contact WreckMaster or contacts Wreckmaster after the 48 hour window that a refund of 50% of the original tuition will be issued.

How to purchase tickets to a class?

Visit WreckMaster.com. Find a course using the find a course function under In-Person courses. Once you have found a course you wish to purchase tickets for click Enrol Now. Confirm that all the class info is correct and that this is the class you wish to purchase tickets for. Enter the number of tickets you wish to purchase. Click buy now. Confirm all your billing information is correct and enter your payment info.

How to assign a ticket to an operator for a hands-on class?

After the registration has been completed online you will receive an email with an enrolment link. Please forward this email to the students you wish to attend the class. They will have to click on the enrolment link and create an account with WreckMaster.com in order to register for the class.

ONLINE TRAINING

What are Online Leveled Courses?

Online Leveled Courses are the online versions of WreckMaster’s hands-on training courses. They follow the same curriculum and provide the same knowledge but can be completed from the comfort of your own home. The courses are broken down into lessons and topics and can be completed a student’s own pace. The courses do not include a certification exam, though some include short information retention tests called Knowledge Checks.

What are Tutorials?

WreckMaster Tutorials are short online learning courses featuring techniques, skills and other information designed to make operators more informed and efficient. The courses are broken down into lessons and topics and can be completed a student’s own pace. Tutorials all include short information retention tests called Knowledge Checks.

What are Safety Meetings?

WreckMaster Safety Meetings are unique presentations and content focused on informing towing owners and operators how they can stay as safe as possible while on the road.

What do I get if I take the Online training courses?

Once you complete any of our online training tutorials you will receive a certificate of completion. This can be viewed and printed from a student learning center.

How do I access my online training course?

Login in to WreckMaster.com. Click on “My eLearning” to access your courses from your WreckMaster Portal.

Does my training content expire or will I lose access to it?

If you purchase the tutorials alacarte you will always have access to them. Each training course you complete and receive does not expire. If you have purchased a WreckMaster subscription to access the training material then you will only have access as long as you have a valid subscription. If you let your subscription laps or you cancel then all access and previous results will be lost.
